While he highly respects and looks up to his father, he dreams of becoming a great scholar rather than a fighter, albeit with a bit of motherly influence. With his home schooling, Gohan is a very intelligent and intellectual child, especially for his age. He is very a very polite and friendly individual who tries to see the good in everyone he meets, very much like his father. Though such traits of his personality may seem to divert him from his Saiyan heritage, deep within he holds a potential beyond anything he could yet comprehend. When angered or under extreme, dire stress, Gohan's anger becomes an explosion of raw power and promising potential. Nevertheless, with his young age, harnessing such power is still far beyond his reach. Though these moments are far and few between, with little understanding or even awareness of such potential, it shows the very blood within his veins are that of a true Saiyan warrior. POWERS |

HISTORY
Gohan is the son of Son Goku and Chi-Chi, born roughly a year folloeing the 23 World Martial Arts Tournament, and was named after Goku's grandfather. Gohan grew up well pampered, living under a protective roof with loving and supportive family. Unlike his father, Gohan lacked the affection for fighting and often feared fighting or periling situations. Through his mother's influence, Gohan instead focused his potential on studying rather than training. Nevertheless, his Saiyan heritage expressed itself one day while his parents walked him in a stroller through the forest. Goku was pushing his son on a stroller with Chi-Chi and became distracted by a pair of birds in a tree. Goku accidentally let go of the stroller, only to have his son suddenly rolling uncontrollably down a hill. With their son crying out in fear and confusion, both parents rushed in an attempt to catch up and save their son. The stroller suddenly hit a rock, launching both itself and Gohan into the air. With the momentum of the hill and the sudden jump, the young infant was hurled from the stroller and toward a large tree near the base of a ravine. As Goku attempted to catch his son, Gohan's Saiyan reflexes kicked in, and with a surprising, uncontrollable burst of energy, blasted straight through the trunk, leaving a gaping hole in its wake. Goku then caught his son, completely in awe of what he had just witnessed. Unbeknownst to him, it would not be the last time he would bare witness to such an awakening of potential within his son...
