PROFILE GUIDELINE

[Vegeta]

Alright so you've read the site rules and FAQ and now you're ready to start a profile! Well, below you'll find a few helpful hints and tips, along with restrictions for both canon and OC, if you follow this short little guide then you should have no problem getting approved rather quickly! Alright so first up, we're going to start with the Saiyans.

Saiyan

So you've decided you want to start as a prideful warrior, great! You're probably asking yourself "well, where do I start? What are my limitations?" I'll tell ya. First thing you need to know is that you CANNOT start as a Super Saiyan, in fact your starting Power level, at most, will be 1500, but staff will determine such based on your profile quality. You are also unable to start as an Elite (Vegeta and Nappa are considered Elite warriors, and require a PL of 15,000) unless you are noticed by a high ranking Saiyan, they will then bring up your promotion to King Vegeta and he will be the deciding factor. If you are given Elite status, you essentially have authority over the low class warriors.

Appearance

I'm going to touch briefly on the appearance of Saiyan's before I go any further, in canon they are seen to have mostly black or brown hair with a feral look to them, now because I am allowing FC from other series I am allowing you to have other hair colors, like pink, blue, and etc. HOWEVER, I will not accept wild multi-color haired characters, so no you cannot have a rainbow haircolor, its just a little to extreme. I'd like to follow the appearance canon at least a little bit.

This also means no weird looking claims(Garterbelt and Kneesocks from the anime), Saiyan's are mostly human in appearance.

TECHNIQUES

Back to business. Starting techniques is a huge part of the profile, they determine your fighting capabilities and how you can combat others. We've all seen in the series how every individual Saiyan has 2-3 abilities per FORM (Vegeta has Galick Gun, then he moves on to final flash, then big bang attack and so on). We are allowing 2 starting techniques, this does include your racial passives so don't worry about those taking up custom slots. You can train more techniques at any time, you aren't restricted to 2 the entire time.

To expand further on the techniques, I'd like to point out that we will not accept complex abilities, what I mean by that is abilities that have multiple effects or tricks to them, for example a Ki blast that zig zags left, right, up, right, back down, collides with person, then blows up 3 times and has an effect that freezes the earth. This isn't Bleach, Naruto, or one Piece. At most, we will allow 2 effects in the tech, like a Ki blast that explodes on contact, and then has a secondary explosion. Keep it simple guys, most abilities in the series are straight forward.

Super Saiyan

To be eligible for Super Saiyan you must first reach a power level of 35,000, if you manage to get that high then you must undergo some form of emotional trauma. For the best examples you can look at Goku who ascended after Krillin was killed by Freiza, his state of anger sent him to the next level. Vegeta managed to attain Super Saiyan after seeing Trunks and Goku with it, despite all his training and effort, his pride allowed him to transcend. Youtube it if you need to see physical examples.

Items and Armor

Saiyan's really don't have many items compared to earthlings aside from Scouters which are issued to even low class warriors, and while there are 3 different types of armor they aren't really going to be significant here on CCI. They don't protect against anything Ki related, they're more for show on the site so don't worry too much about that.

Namekians

Alright so you wanna be a green skinned alien, that's cool too. Like the other races, Namekians do have a restricted PL of 1000 at the highest, again staff will decide on your starting PL. Again, you cannot start as a Super Namek, but I'll go into more detail in the appropriate section below.

Appearance

Unfortunately here I have to be a little more strict on the appearance of Namekians, following canon they are solely green aliens with antenna's. No humanoid faceclaims will be accepted, truth be told, any faceclaim not matching a Namekian will be denied. Your best bet is to go on Deviantart, or describe it in text.

Techniques

Namekians follow the same guidelines as Saiyans, keep it simple and straight forward, guys.

Super Namek

Alright so I'll go into a little more detail here, first thing you need to be eligible for Super Namek is a PL of 40,000. The requirement for Super Namek is higher due to a higher boost in power which is permanent once attained. Now, if you manage to get that high you must undergo a trial. This trial requires you to convince ic'ly, another Namekian to fuse with you, this NPC will be controlled by staff at an equal PL so you cannot simply force him too (if you go the aggressive router, which is allowed, a fight will ensue and if you win, you can fuse). If the NPC is convinced, they will fuse and you will gain the title of Super Namek.

Classes

Don't be alarmed, I'm not introducing levels of class at all, this has no real effect on your roleplay, instead it separates those that are like Piccolo, from those like Dende. Basically there is a Warrior class, and a Healer class. If you choose Healer you start at a lower PL and gain a healing technique similar to Dende, those not as powerful. Warrior gives you no real benefits, just a higher PL.

Items and Armor

Most Warrior Namekians have weighted armor to help with their training, and aside from spaceships and dragonballs, they have no real items.

Changelings

While not canonly stated as a Changeling race, those related to Frieza and his home planet have been dubbed as such, for the time being that is what they are being called. Anyway, like the other races you have a MAX starting level of 2500, which is determined based on quality and such. Now, while they have at least 4 forms (Cooler is the only known Changeling with 5), you can only start with your first. More detail below.

Appearance

Again, like with the Namekians you cannot use a humanoid face claim for your Changeling, I highly recommend you use google, deviantart, or text to describe the appearance of your Changeling.

Techniques

Changelings follow the same rules as Saiyan's and Namekians.

Forms

Alright so much like the Saiyan's, this alien race has multiple forms. Right now we are only allowing 4 forms, so you can only gain 3 since you start with your base. Cooler is the only known one of his race that has 5 forms. First form is usually small and scrawny in appearance, though we aren't necessarily forcing you to start that way, but no giants or 10 foot tall base forms. Be logical! To achieve your second form you must gain a PL of 40,000, when in this form you get a small boost of 1X to your current level. This form is usually bigger and bulky in appearance with some height added into it. To unlock your third form you must gain a PL of 65,000 which gives you a 1.5X boost to your strength. Unlocking your 4th and final form requires a PL of 90,000 which grants you a 2X boost. Unlike the other races though, there is no trial, you must merely reach the required PL, because of this the boosts are smaller in numbers.

Items and Armor

Like the Saiyans, these guys can have scouters and spaceships, along with armor. Otherwise, they don't really get any other items.

Humans/Earthlings

So Humans are probably on the lower end of the spectrum, obviously, but they can still be pretty fun to play, I mean, imagine being Bulma or Chi-Chi and bullying around two Saiyans? That's some serious woman power. Anyway, right now you can only start with a MAX PL of 100, which again will be graded based on quality. They also have an Unlock Potential form but I'll go into more detail below.

Appearance

Ah! Finally, more humanoid faceclaims! Yes, you can now use your claims from Bleach, or Naruto, or One Piece, or Sailor Moon, or whatever. Hell, you can even have an Anthro if you choose to be an Earthling, since we've seen a few of those. I'm even allowing multi-colored hair since they have access to dyes and all. Have at er!

Techniques

Same as the other races.

Unlock Potential and Above

So like we saw with Krillin and Gohan on planet Namek there is an ascended form for even humans, however their restrictions are a little bit more heavy. First of all, you need to reach a PL of 20.000 and when unlocked, grants a permanent 1.5X boost. In order to have your Potential Unlocked, however, you need someone like Guru or Dende to meet with you and open it up, which will be unavailable until Dende reaches earth. If they do not survive the saga, then a new route will be opened up for them.

Items and Armor

As of right now, Humans/Earthlings only have access to cars and capsules, usually some form of vehicle.
