Alright so in this little section here, you will find a list of requirements for transformations, and a short list of items. Now, due to our low PL system, our requirements may seem low, but again, it equalizes to what it would be in canon. Also, due to having a PROGRESSIVE plot, some transformations may not be available until later (more in the FAQ). Let's get started, shall we?
Saiyan
To ascend into a Super Saiyan(SSJ) you must first meet two requirements, the first being that you raise your OC or canon's powerlevel to 35,000 and have some sort of emotional break down, for example the first time Goku ascended was after Krillin was killed by Frieza, and Vegeta ascended after seeing both Goku and Trunks with it despite all his training. There will be no easy modes or loop holes for this transformation, effort and quality is required for this. Now, once ascended, SSJ will boost your current PL by 1.5 its normal amount, so if you're 35K on the dot, in SSJ you will have a PL of 52,500.
Oozaru requires no PL, only a tail, and a full moon.
Elite status in the Saiyan army requires a PL of at least 15,000 and a higher up to take notice of you. (Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz are exempt from this)
Kaioken(Goku only) Ascended SSJ and SSJ2 is currently locked until the saga progresses into the Androids.
Racial passives
Flight - All Saiyan's have the ability to fly by pushing ki to their feet, those with PL of 5,000 and below can only use it in short bursts.
Near death experience - When Saiyan's have a near death experience they gain a 1.5X boost to their Power Level.
Ki Blast - Saiyan's are capable of shooting concentrated blasts of Ki from their hands.
Changelings
Changelings are a little trickier when it comes to requirements as they generally have more than one form, however we're going to keep it more along the lines of Frieza instead of Cooler, in which we only allow 4 forms for a Changeling. To start, we allow you to have your base form which is usually smaller in size (doesn't HAVE to be, just more common), in order to unlock your second form you must reach a PL of 40,000 and boost your PL by 1X your current strength. To unlock the third form for your Changeling you must reach a PL of 65,000, and it will boost your PL by 1.5X your current strength. To unlock your fourth and final form you must reach a PL of 90,000 and it will boost your current strength by 2X your current level.
You may be asking why the PL requirements are higher and the boosts lower, to answer it simply; balance. Unlike Saiyan's who must not only reach a PL, they must undergo some form of emotional trauma (which isn't always immediately available). Plus, Changelings start off with a higher PL than other races during creation, anyway.
Racial passives
Flight - Changelings have the ability to fly, but those with PL of 5,000 and below may only use it in short bursts.
Space Breathing - Changelings can naturally breath in space without having to first adopt the ability.
Ki Blast - Changelings can fire concentrated blasts of Ki from their hands.
Namekians
Namekian's are a little bit more a hassle to reach what is known as a Super Namek, we have only seen one in the series and that would be Piccolo, who required both Kami and Nail in order to do so. Now, we're not going to ask you to find two Namek's to fuse with(most people will not give up their OC's) instead, we have a different route for you to take. First things first, you must reach a PL of 40,000 to be eligible for 'phase two' of becoming a Super Namek. Now, we have decided that when you reach this PL you must approach a STAFF member and ask for an NPC trial, one of us will then NPC a Namek that you must IC'ly convince to fuse with you(it will be of equal PL, preventing a 'forced' fuse). If you can achieve this, then you will gain a permanent X2 boost to whatever your PL is(40,000 x 2 = 80,000) without the need to transcend and descend.
Racial passives
Flight - Namekians have the ability to fly by pushing ki into their feet, those with PL of 5,000 and below may only use it in short bursts.
Regrowth - Namekian's have the ability to regrow a limb, provided that it has been fully severed and given enough time to do so (2 posts without interruption).
Ki Blast - Namekian's have the ability to fire concentrated blasts of Ki from their hands or mouth.
Humans
As of right now, human's will only have one transformation available to unlock, which will be labeled as Unlocked Potential, much like the Namekian's this is a permanent boost to your stats. This potential requires a PL of 20,000 and only grants a 1.5X boost to your stats, however due to the nature in which these powers are unlocked, this boost will be unavailable until Dende travels to Earth (Namek saga), then whoever plays Dende, or Staff, will have a thread and unlock it for you.
Racial passives
Ki Blast - Humans have the ability to fire concentrated blasts of Ki from their hands.
Items
Saibamen - In order to hold capsules of Saibamen, you must be of elite status and gain them from one of the scientists.
Senzu Beans - Available to only those stationed on earth and in good standing with Korrin, when devoured it fully heals wounds and restores all Ki.
Dragon Radar - Bulma has the only known model, and is unavailable to the public as a item. (Locked until further notice).
Scouter - Available only to the Saiyans, this item allows the wearer to take readings of a persons PL.
