Tanken.  22 MALE STRAIGHT SAIYAN SAIYAN ROYALS 1,954 IT BEGAN WITH A PEN IN MY HAND APPEARANCE 6'0" 180 LIGHT BLACK SHORT BLACK Tanken is tall and lean, light of foot and quick of movement. He has a powerful smirk that fits perfectly in the middle of his well proportioned face beneath dark eyes, in turn beneath black hair. He favors the lightest armor he can put hands to whenever he has to replace a suit (which as an active fighter is fairly often), particularly the simple chest piece sans shoulder guards to maximize his flexibility and speed. A full black body glove, white boots and gloves finish off the appearance. Tanken moves quickly and smoothly in keeping with his dexterity and speed based fighting style. His hair is short and spiked, and he rather likes it that way not that there was ever a choice. So he often runs a hand through it when feeling a bit off his balance socially (being reprimanded, made fun of, or about to kill someone in anger). It's a tell, but it has so many outcomes he never bothers to work on hiding it. STABBED IN THE CENTER OF CHAOS PERSONALITY Good humor, easy going, and polite to a fault. Tanken is a bit of an oddity amongst his species and it is honestly an affectation that he puts on just because it confuses so many of his kind. Once they're off balance he reveals his killer instinct, going straight for the throat rather than mocking or strutting about talking about his superiority and all the other drivel the others tend toward. Tanken also has a broad streak of curiosity and will treat with people kindly, even if he doesn't like them, just to find out what's going on or if there is something of greater value to be had from a potential fight. He believes in knowing thy enemy, in finding weaknesses, and not just blindly hoping his strength outstrips the abilities and tricks of others. There's nothing as satisfying as delivering the killing blow by predicting and countering an opponent's 'secret' technique. POWERS |

Description: Creates a small ball of energy that when thrown into the air bursts to create a false but effective moon, allowing Tanken to trigger his Oozaru form. This is an indiscriminate weapon he doesn't care to use except when sweeping up a planet or as a last resort when losing badly against a superior non-Saiyan foe.

Description: Tanken quickly generates bowling ball sized spheres of ki of low to moderate strength, just as fast as he can throw them. He can spam a shocking number of these shots in a very short amount of time and uses them to spam attack fast opponents or lay down damage on slower and stunned foes. He can track with the attack, or aim it all at one spot, but will quickly drain his reserves if he attempts to fire more than 24 of them every few minutes. He prefers to save it for when he has an opponent pinned down, stunned, or needs to otherwise control a section of the battlefield.

HISTORY
Tanken was born like any other Saiyan, not counting the royal family. At arm's length, put in the incubators, and then launched at a planet to clear it of native inhabitants. He did so and returned, then repeated the process. Growing stronger, faster, tougher, and finding the work suited his temperament. More importantly, as he grew older he found his affectation of friendliness netted him even greater gains than mere destruction did. Oh, he still wiped the inhabitants of the worlds out, but he'd learn interesting things first.
Then came the fateful day when Bardok challenged Frieza in an attempt to save the planet Vegeta. Bardok failed, it was a fool's errand, but in the end the species survived. It was on a chunk of their world, a fraction of what they'd once had, but Tanken had never needed as much space as such towering chunks like Napa, and never nearly as much as Raditz (neither of which he knew or met even but everybody knew of). Tanken has carved himself something of a niche within the survivors by force, a necessity as the initial jockeying for resources had turned quite a few into less than civil thugs (even by Saiyan standards). Tanken developed into a counter-fighter, using his speed and dexterity to dodge incoming strikes, move into his opponent's guard, and unleash focused damage. He's even snatched a tail or two, leaving his victims susceptible to the results of his Moon Shot on a world full of very aggressive Oozaru.
Loyal to the royal family, Tanken has openly allied himself with whatever remains of the house of Vegeta. Whatever else has happened the Prince still lives and Tanken knows that when Prince Vegeta returns to them that will be the winning side.
